We had 15 members in attendance at the meeting. Had Bill Offenhauer been present he would have won the drawing of $86.00. This will now roll over until the September 15 meeting.

Bob started the meeting by thanking the following members for showng their support to Carteret Craven on th eHeat Run Aug 2.

Kenny, Wade & Mary, Kim & Chuck, Jeff & Jo, Wendy, Mike Deans, Eddie Mercer, Bob & I. We had an enjoyable ride back to Kinston with them and circled back to Wendy's.

On August 8th, 14 riders took a ride to Wild Bill's Western Town in Smithfield. After visiting there we headed to Whiskey Dick's in Goldsboro before going home. Great weather, Great time.

August 14, Donnaha Station played at Wendy's. A great time with friends and a good band. Saltie Dog also had an event and Stewart Vester set up the CBA booth and has a few potential members enlisted. Thanks Stewart for all your hard work at these events.

We have hired Pleasure2Burn for our Christmas party on Dec 11, 2010. I will be putting together a menu at a later date.

Nick Ward has been assigned to Afghanistan. He left on August 26th for a 6 mos tour. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers for a safe journey. Also, keep Patty Frede, wife of member Pete Frede, who has also serving in Afghanistan in your prayers.

August 29,2010 Patsy & Mike Bullock put a ride together for all of Cliff Jackson's friends to ride to the cemetary and take a moment to remember Cliff. We left Wendy's at 1:00pm. This was an emotional ride as we remembered him but a beuatiful day for riding. Cliff, you are missed!!

 NOMINATIONS FOR OFFICERS will be held at the Sept 15 meeting. If you are interested in becoming an Officer please see Bob prior to the meeting. Elections will be held in October.
