choice" trophies for best car and bike.

- Custom paint raffle - $1500 in custom
work by Nick Ward Studio. Tickets on sale
now. Drawing at 5:30 on the day of the
  run.

Sponsorship opportunities available - $200.00 gets your name on the event shirt and advertisement in the News Argus article covering the event. Any support is greatly appreciated.

There was no winner in the Attendance drawing. Had Scott Johnson been present at the meeting and not fighting for our country in Afghanistan he would have won the $33.00. This money will now roll over to the August 19th meeting.

50/50 winner of $17.00 was Kenny Barnhill of Walstonburg.

Update:

Amanda Spence, as you may recall, was on her way home from the TRB Poker Run in May when a deer ran out in front of the bike she was riding. Amanda is now out of the hospital and doing well. Keep her in your thoughts as she continues to heal.

Fundraiser:

We are trying to put together a fundraiser for Ryan King. Ryan is in the band Tuesday's Gone and his son was born in April 2009 with an intestinal disease which he will require an intestine transplant. His son remains in the hospital and we are trying to help him raise money for expenses. We are trying to come up with a date and place to hold this event. TRB has shown an interest in helping to support his cause. If you are interested in volunteering your time please contact Bob at 252-714-4559. As we get things more organized I will post the new information. Thanks in advance for any help you give.

Next social is August 5th and the Legislative Meeting is August 19th.
